When New Horizon approached us, they were looking for a full redesign of their website alongside a broader rebrand – one that would reflect the heart of the event while making the user experience clearer, faster, and more accessible.

Held annually in Coleraine, New Horizon is one of Northern Ireland’s longest-running Christian events, bringing thousands together each summer for a week of Bible teaching, worship, and fellowship. While the event has grown and adapted over the years, the previous website had become difficult to navigate and no longer reflected the scale or clarity of the experience it was supporting.

Our role was to deliver a fresh visual identity and a fully restructured website, creating an online presence that would serve everyone from first-time visitors and volunteers to returning families registering for children’s and youth programmes.

Working closely with the New Horizon team, we retained key content from the existing site but gave it a new structure and tone – distilling long-form copy into more user-friendly blocks, and improving the clarity and flow across pages. Alongside this, we introduced a simple and timeless brand aesthetic that feels welcoming, trustworthy, and future-proofed.

Key priorities included:

  • Clear content pathways for different audiences (attendees, parents, volunteers, supporters)

  • Mobile-first design and intuitive navigation

  • Streamlined registration info for children and youth

  • A searchable blog and media hub for news and past events

  • Accessibility support and event FAQs

  • Embedded donation and volunteer engagement features

The site launched in time for New Horizon 2025, going live just as the event itself began. With the new brand in place, the site now reflects the same clarity, warmth, and mission focus that defines the event itself.
